Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and program UC platforms and related functionality including chat, presence, voice, mobility, audio, web, video, desktop sharing, call control, speech recognition, unified messaging, email, and digital signage.
  • •Troubleshoot UC systems across premise-based, hosted, and cloud point-to-point and co-location network applications.
  • •Complete work orders for moves, adds, changes (MAC), and deletions on supported product lines.
  • •Ensure front-line customer satisfaction by handling internal and external clients professionally and effectively.
  • •Receive, plan, and prioritize daily jobs/work orders; coordinate with teams and complete required documentation for billing, payroll, and SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or certification in a technology services/technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum 2+ years of experience with unified communications (UC) systems.
  • •Proven ability to install, service, program, test and troubleshoot UC systems.
  • •Industry/manufacturer specific certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco CCNA Voice/Network, Microsoft MCSE, Avaya ACIS/ACSS or ACSE).
  • •Strong customer/client service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills, plus mechanical aptitude to read technical documents.
