Provide finance oversight for inventory processes across U.S. Bailment and third-party warehouses, including reconciliations, month-end accounting, and SOX control compliance. Lead global monthly reporting and executive briefings covering Gross Profit, Production Variance, G&A, LIFO, and Capital. Support procurement, sourcing, and inventory with analytics, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting for logistics and raw material planning while partnering across supply chain and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee inventory transactions and reconciliations at U.S. Bailment and third-party warehouses.
•Lead global monthly reporting by consolidating data across production sites for executive updates on Gross Profit, Production Variance, G&A, LIFO, and Capital.
•Perform month-end closing entries and account reconciliations.
•Support forecasting and budgeting for logistics and raw material planning, including analysis of global inventory reserves for management.
•Serve as lead analyst for Production Direction G&A and ensure SOX control compliance while working with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end Bailment process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
•3-5 years of experience with a manufacturing company.
•Demonstrated experience with data analytics and reporting.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Google software.
•Experience with SAP or comparable ERP software.
