•Manage and coordinate consulting projects to scope, schedule, and budget, including learning and applying AECOM’s project management systems and software.
•Mentor junior and mid-level staff to develop their skills and deliver high-quality work.
•Conduct client visits and field activities that require travel and time outside the office.
•Coordinate, manage, and direct project field and data collection efforts to support deliverables.
•Develop, manage, and deliver business strategy, interdisciplinary teams, and high-quality proposals and reports.
•Collaborate with clients, regulatory personnel, and other AECOM offices to ensure project success.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Natural resources, Wetlands management, or an earth science-related field + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•6+ years of experience managing projects and teams to scope, schedule, and budget.
•Valid Driver’s License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
•Master’s degree in relevant field.
•8+ years industry experience, preferably with energy and other private sector clients providing environmental assessment and permitting compliance support.
