•Execute production following Pandora system procedures and WI to achieve department goals.
•Participate in issue analysis and apply timely, effective corrective actions with fast decision-making.
•Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production activities to align with targets and best practices while minimizing costs.
•Prepare and present daily production meetings with production metrics, comparisons to plan, and recommended corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in production leadership or factory management in a manufacturing environment
•Strong ability to analyze problems, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
•Proven track record of achieving on-time delivery, high quality, and cost control
•Experience following standard operating procedures and work instructions within an ERP/manufacturing system
•Excellent communication and daily coordination with supervisors and cross-functional teams
