  • •Drive KPIs for the responsible production area and ensure delivery of products/projects on time with quality and cost targets.
  • •Execute production following Pandora system procedures and WI to achieve department goals.
  • •Participate in issue analysis and apply timely, effective corrective actions with fast decision-making.
  • •Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production activities to align with targets and best practices while minimizing costs.
  • •Prepare and present daily production meetings with production metrics, comparisons to plan, and recommended corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in production leadership or factory management in a manufacturing environment
  • •Strong ability to analyze problems, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
