Senior Credit Analyst

Independently execute much of the commercial credit underwriting process while partnering with Portfolio Managers and Underwriters on complex deals. Conduct in-depth financial and risk analysis of borrowers and guarantors, draft credit approval memoranda, and build/validate financial charts, projection models, and sensitivity analyses. Own ongoing portfolio monitoring, including covenant compliance and risk rating models, ensure credit data accuracy, and escalate emerging risks with clear recommendations.
