Key Responsibilities

•Manage an assigned portfolio of ABL credits, including direct/agented facilities and purchased participations.
•Monitor and manage credit risk across assigned customer relationships while ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards.
•Respond to customer credit requests, underwrite ancillary credit exposure, and assist underwriting on new business transactions as needed.
•Conduct regular customer meetings to deepen relationships and identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities; serve as a key contact for credit discussions and resolution.
•Escalate credit concerns, review and coordinate legal documentation, partner with internal teams for reporting and loan monitoring, and mentor junior team members.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Eight or more years of relevant experience.
•Three or more years of ABL portfolio management experience.
•Extensive knowledge of ABL commercial/corporate lending and credit standards, including financial statements, field exams, appraisals, and borrowing bases.
•Strong relationship management and business development skills, with strong analytical/problem-solving and communication abilities.
