Job Summary

Support Cloudflare’s Field Marketing team by helping execute virtual and in-person enterprise initiatives across regions. Contribute to the end-to-end event lifecycle—logistics, asset management, social media promotion, and playbook readiness—while tracking requests and maintaining data hygiene. Help test and document AI-driven marketing automation features, assist with UAT, and support post-event reporting and pipeline conversion tracking to enable faster sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with managing and testing entries within the OneSource Core Hub and tracking incoming sales-led requests.
•Support logistical planning and execution for virtual events and in-person field activations, including scheduling, vendor outreach, swag orders, and asset preparation.
•Draft, create, and schedule LinkedIn social posts to promote hosted events and share post-event highlights while coordinating content calendars.
•Compile digital playbooks, pre-approved content decks, and operational checklists with cross-functional teams to improve readiness for sales motion.
•Contribute to post-event reporting by gathering attendance and feedback data to produce clean dashboards for pipeline conversion tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,500 - 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, MIS, Business, or a related field.
•Available for a full-time 12-week internship working from the Lisbon office 3–5 days a week.
•Exceptional organizational skills with a systems-thinking mindset and strong logic/template orientation.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
•A proactive, tech-savvy attitude and desire to learn modern marketing automation and AI-driven workflow tools.
