Job Summary

Lead Profound's Recruiting Coordination team and design AI-enabled, scalable recruiting operations. Build and evolve the ATS and broader tech stack, implement AI-driven automation to reduce manual work, and create data-informed hiring processes. Partner with Finance and People Ops to align headcount planning, while enabling hiring managers with scalable playbooks and training to accelerate recruiting at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Recruiting Coordination team: hire, manage, and grow a team of Recruiting Coordinators, set priorities, and build an effective operating rhythm
•Own and evolve the recruiting tech stack: configure ATS end-to-end, manage scheduling and sourcing tools, and integrate AI-driven tools
•Build the data foundation for smart hiring decisions: design dashboards, audit processes, and partner on headcount planning
•Enable hiring managers to be force multipliers: develop enablement programs, SLAs, and scalable playbooks; train interviewers
•Drive automation to increase throughput: implement AI-enabled workflows and automate repeatable tasks while preserving candidate experience

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems, or a closely adjacent function, including 2+ years managing a team
•AI-forward: demonstrated experimentation with and deployment of AI tools in a recruiting or operational context
•Systems thinker with a track record of mapping processes end-to-end before making changes
•Analytical and data-driven with the ability to build dashboards and translate recruiting data into decisions
•Deep ATS fluency and experience configuring and optimizing ATS platforms beyond basic usage
