Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, and perform required security checks (including use of wands).
  • •Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and ensure candidates receive a fair testing experience.
  • •Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency and report occurrences outside company guidelines.
  • •Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center; digitally scan and record fingerprint identification if applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort multitasking and using small tools to pack/unpack equipment, plus familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based applications (MS Office, Outlook, Explorer).
  • •Ability to work flexible schedules across Monday through Saturday, with Saturday availability required.
