Vibee - Ticketing Coordinator

Support Vibee’s Ticketing team to ensure accurate, efficient ticket operations across events. Coordinate seat management, ticket platform work, event and package builds in Vibee’s platform, and daily checklist monitoring for pricing, inventory, and event details. Assist with quality control audits, troubleshoot ticketing issues (exchanges, relocations, fulfillment, database management), and distribute ticket sales reports. Partner with Fan Experience to resolve ticketing-related guest issues and maintain organized records and databases.
