Job Summary

Lead large-scale software service delivery projects as part of AVEVA’s Australia Software Services Delivery and PMO. You’ll manage multi-country, multi-site implementations, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, oversee scope and budget, and apply PMO methodologies to ensure on-time, on-scope, within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction and opportunities for add-on work.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale software delivery projects.
•Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including client acceptance testing.
•Review high-level deliverables and manage project scope, assessing requirement changes and their impact on budget and timelines.
•Implement consistent project management methodologies and quality assurance procedures in line with PMO policies.
•Monitor and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
•Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in software or IT service delivery.
•Proven experience managing complex, multi-country, multi-site projects, including global rollouts.
•Strong understanding of IT integration, MES, KPI dashboards, SCADA systems preferred.
•Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and project financials; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.
