Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale software delivery projects.
  • •Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams, including client acceptance testing.
  • •Review high-level deliverables and manage project scope, assessing requirement changes and their impact on budget and timelines.
  • •Implement consistent project management methodologies and quality assurance procedures in line with PMO policies.
  • •Monitor and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in software or IT service delivery.
  • •Proven experience managing complex, multi-country, multi-site projects, including global rollouts.
  • •Strong understanding of IT integration, MES, KPI dashboards, SCADA systems preferred.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and project financials; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.
