Job Summary

Drive growth and profitability for Zurich’s Finance & Insurance (F&I) Direct Markets by prospecting and developing new opportunities with large automotive dealers across your assigned Oklahoma territory. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage territory performance to exceed sales targets, and deliver sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams. Partner with internal field teams to support seamless program and product implementation while promoting Zurich at automotive industry events.

•Identify and develop new business prospects, focusing on providing F&I products to large automotive dealers and supporting P&C product marketing in the assigned territory.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in-person and virtually.
•Manage and grow the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
•Deliver sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams.
•Collaborate with field team members to support seamless implementation of programs and products while strengthening customer relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree plus 4+ years of sales or automotive experience, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (with Associate Degree) plus 4+ years of sales or automotive experience, or High School Diploma/equivalent plus 6+ years of sales or automotive experience.
•Outside sales experience with advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
•Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
•Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
•Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and warranty claims processes, including F&I products; ability to analyze financial statements.
