Join the Intelligent Creation Global GenAI team to conduct applied research on multimodal foundation models and world models for creative content generation. You’ll build large-scale multimodal data generation and training pipelines, improve long-context interactive video generation, and advance agentic foundation model capabilities through post-training (SFT/RL) and agent research. Key Responsibilities

•Develop large-scale, diverse, and interactive multimodal data generation pipelines.
•Develop training pipelines for long-context interactive video generation models.
•Advance video generation models for long-horizon temporal consistency, realistic physical dynamics, object interactions, and causal relationships.
•Participate in post-training (SFT/RL) of multimodal models and LLM.
•Apply agent technology and architecture, optimize tool-calling and long-horizon task capabilities, and conduct research on agentic RL.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
•Highly competent in algorithms and programming, with strong coding skills in Python/C++.
•Experience in broad GenAI, multimodal foundation models, or Embodied AI areas.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts and collaborate within cross-functional research teams; first-author publications in prestigious venues are a plus.
