•Manage the experience of employee contributors, acting as the point of contact for facilities, benefits and payroll needs.
•Promote collaboration with centers of expertise, ensuring operational needs are met in the development of tools and processes.
•Execute annual People processes with excellence, including salary reviews, performance cycles and goal setting.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Human Resources or as a People Business Partner.
•Bachelor's degree completed.
•Post-graduate specialization in management is desirable.
•Ability to interpret and analyze data to generate managerial insights.
•Willingness to work on-site at the Cajamar operations.
