Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate workers activities for setup, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and tools to ensure continuous plant operation.
  • •Direct maintenance work across mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including diagnosing malfunctions and determining causes of issues.
  • •Observe mechanical devices and equipment to assess proper functioning and identify trouble areas.
  • •Study production schedules to estimate worker-hour requirements and plan maintenance assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent training/education, or 5+ years of experience as a maintenance manager (or equivalent combination).

  • •Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
