Job Summary

Maintain US and Canada Artificial Lift country-level pricing and customer price books, supporting service quality reporting, market share, and Kimberlite survey inputs. Partner across cost accounting, product engineers, procurement, PSL marketing managers, and country leadership to implement pricing strategy. Perform pricing analysis of commodities and services, procure pricing data, validate pricing systems, and ensure accurate entry in SAP and related pricing systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain country-level Artificial Lift pricing for the US and Canada.
•Maintain customer price books in Compass and RUBI.
•Interface with cost accounting and manage pricing changes from yearly and periodic cost rolls.
•Implement pricing strategy by entering pricing in SAP and other company pricing systems, and perform pricing system validation.
•Conduct pricing analysis for US-based or global commodities and services and present analysis data to Business Development and PSL management.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance required.
•Minimum 3 years experience with HES group, including Orders to Cash (OTC) experience.
•Completed OTC Training.
•Good knowledge of SAP pricing.
•Extensive Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP and IF/THEN) and desktop productivity tools including Access.
