Job Summary

Develop and deliver retail/store training programs for sales staff across the North Europe area, using training to support business development and store objectives. Collaborate with Retail, HR, Marketing, and Headquarters Training leadership to identify local needs, create training content, and train staff on customer experience and the client journey. Coach on the shop floor, monitor KPI effectiveness (e.g., NPS), manage training budgets, and operate LMS/digital training tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify local training needs for store personnel and develop effective, efficient training programs in collaboration with local support departments and Headquarters Training leadership.
•Create, develop, and implement training programs using multiple delivery modes (in-person, digital platforms, gamification apps, one-to-one/one-to-many, Zoom, exercises, role play).
•Train store staff to deliver the best customer experience in line with corporate and brand standards, including proper implementation of the client journey.
•Maintain presence on the sales floor, providing continuous observation and targeted feedback on customer interaction behaviors.
•Monitor training effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative KPIs (e.g., Net Promoter Score), provide feedback to HR/line managers, and manage training budgets and LMS/digital tools.

Key Requirements

•Strong facilitation and coaching skills to engage and develop teams through classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning.
•Proven ability to deliver shop-floor coaching using observation, feedback, and behavioral development techniques.
•Strong understanding of luxury retail client experience, clienteling, selling techniques, and brand storytelling.
•Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across different functions.
•Experience implementing training plans and onboarding programmes.
