Job Summary

Review and verify daily commercial loan core system inputs for commercial, commercial real estate, and commercial construction loans. Interpret complex loan documentation and approvals, ensure loans are boarded accurately to Precision for proper reporting, log and correct errors, and complete required documentation imaging. Support monthly metrics reporting, analyze correction data to identify training needs, monitor turnaround times, and maintain strong compliance and policy knowledge while providing excellent customer service to Commercial Loan Administration teams.
