Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate On's values and brand philosophy to customers and provide exceptional service in a proactive manner
  • •Lead and participate in On’s community activities and events at the store
  • •Collaborate with Store Leader and team to achieve store target and retail performance
  • •Serve as in-store troubleshooting expert for store systems
  • •Create an inclusive customer experience and monitor market trends and competitor activity

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree; combination of experience and education will be considered
  • •Ability to greet customers in English
  • •Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
