Job Summary

Own demand planning and logistics operations to improve sales forecasting, inventory management, and product availability across FMC Agro Bulgaria. Lead the S&OP sales plan over a three-year horizon, monitor stock and production to prevent shortages or overstocking, and prepare monthly demand planning files. Partner with Finance, regional planning, and commercial teams to align sales, pricing, COGS, and exchange-rate data, while coordinating warehouse/transport execution and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead accurate sales planning over a three-year horizon and maintain the S&OP sales plan.
•Monitor stock levels, production plans, and sales to prevent shortages and overstocking.
•Prepare and submit monthly demand planning files and ensure accurate reporting.
•Coordinate with Finance to align sales, pricing, COGS, and exchange rate data.
•Oversee order processing, dispatch, transportation coordination, and inventory tracking including batch numbers and expiry dates.

Key Requirements

•Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
•Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
•Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics roles.
•Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
