Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and deliver more complex and bigger projects, taking accountability for delivery.
•Drive and improve professional qualification and membership with relevant bodies within the CBE iCRC and Civil GCC.
•Create and support innovation, and provide clarity and direction to staff on technical issues.
•Inspire and motivate staff toward technical progression and excellence.
•Support line management responsibilities as required and promote an inclusive staff culture and collaboration.

Key Requirements

•14-24 years of experience.
•Proven working knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCDHW) for structural schemes.
•Experience with grillage, space frame, and FEM analysis software packages such as LUSAS and MIDAS.
•Experience designing or assessing steel, reinforced concrete, and pre-stressed concrete structures to Euro and BS codes.
•Effective communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.
