Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in Microwave/RF system, subsystem and component analysis, design and test.
  • •Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab.
  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance; active/interim clearance required prior to start.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in RF/microwave design and testing; ability to design and test microwave components, CCAs, and phased array hardware.
  • •Willingness to travel to integration sites and customer/subcontractor facilities; on-site role in MA.
