Key Responsibilities

•Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
•Integrate and test component-level and system-level phased array hardware.
•Travel to integration sites and to customer/subcontractor facilities as needed.
•Provide technical support to production activities; assist with cost and schedule management.
•Contribute to proposals and presentations; support life-cycle phases of radar systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in Microwave/RF system, subsystem and component analysis, design and test.
•Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics’ Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab.
•U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance; active/interim clearance required prior to start.
•Strong hands-on experience in RF/microwave design and testing; ability to design and test microwave components, CCAs, and phased array hardware.
•Willingness to travel to integration sites and customer/subcontractor facilities; on-site role in MA.
