Job Summary

Lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across the site, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed regulatory standards. •Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations (air, wastewater, stormwater, chemical storage) while managing monitoring and reporting.
•Lead environmental programs by interpreting regulatory requirements and assessing impacts of process changes, new materials, or equipment.
•Oversee environmental monitoring, data analysis, and recordkeeping to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
•Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs, including vendor coordination, storage, disposal, and waste reduction initiatives.
•Drive sustainability and continuous improvement projects to reduce emissions, waste, water usage, and environmental risk.

Salary: USD 93,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, ideally in chemical manufacturing or industrial operations.
•Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations (EPA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, SPCC, NPDES) and compliance requirements.
•Experience interpreting and managing environmental permits, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Effective cross-functional communication and proficiency with environmental systems and Microsoft Office tools.
