Build and own the top-of-funnel pipeline that fuels the Engineering team’s growth by conducting market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach. You’ll surface world-class technical talent through data-driven sourcing strategies, lead high-volume candidate outreach, and continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and channels using sourcing metrics. This role is 100% remote across the United States or Canada.
