Key Responsibilities

•Drive maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) – equipment downtime, preventive maintenance (PM), urgent work, labor hours recorded, cycle counting, etc.
•Provide support to manufacturing sites to develop, optimize and implement industry maintenance standards such as PM programs, spare parts management, stock room management
•Collaborate with sites to define asset criticality, critical spares, and reliability maintenance strategies
•Develop networking and knowledge sharing opportunities within the business network and also with other Kerry maintenance groups
•Support analysis of equipment and systems failures, using problem solving and continuous improvement tools such as RCA and DMAIC

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 102,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar)
•10+ years of progressive experience in a maintenance leadership role and/or a reliability engineering role
•Preferred CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or equivalent certification
•Food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
•Comfortable working on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional team
