•Strategic Planning: Master resource estimation, allocation, and project scheduling across multiple concurrent projects.
•Technical Oversight: Provide high-level guidance on SAP architecture, design, and development, and perform quality reviews of the project team’s output.
•Leadership & Conflict Resolution: Supervise diverse project teams and act as the primary contact for issue resolution and conflict management.
•Methodology & Quality: Apply SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP) throughout the project life-cycle to ensure quality procedures are followed.
