Credit and Collections Specialist (German Speaking)

Join the Credit to Cash (C2C) team within EMEA Collections, collaborating with external customers and internal partners such as Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Sales, and Customer Operations. You’ll manage assigned accounts, run follow-ups by call/email, reconcile payments, and support issue resolution with accurate documentation. The role also involves investigating credit holds, proposing payment solutions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to process simplification and standardization.
