Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain uninterrupted plant operations by inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on key equipment (rotary dryer, ball mill system, material handling, auxiliary and bulk storage/shipping equipment).
  • •Perform quality control sampling and testing, including ASTM test procedures for finished cementitious product, and complete required documentation and reporting.
  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines and ensure field equipment operates properly to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • •Conduct daily inspections, quality testing, housekeeping, and inventory measurements/reporting as required.
  • •Operate mobile equipment and perform cleanup and other assigned duties, including working shifts/weekends/paid holidays as scheduled and with reasonable overtime.
