  • •Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • •Develop hands-on technical product expertise and collaborate with customers and the Edu team on training, education, and security best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in public sector facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams across Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management (or a combination including Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support).
  • •Domain knowledge in one or more areas such as Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or software development lifecycle.
  • •Strategic, proactive ownership of a customer portfolio with autonomy, including decision-making for escalations and de-risking/de-escalating customer issues.
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset to help build new processes and practices for a new team.
  • •Demonstrated continuous personal/professional development and strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
