Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor contractor compliance with project HSE requirements, specifications, and approved safety plans.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations across road, utility, and infrastructure works.
  • •Review and monitor method statements, risk assessments, permit systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • •Identify unsafe acts and conditions, ensure corrective/preventive actions, and support incident investigations with corrective measure verification.
  • •Maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports; support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Professional HSE qualification such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Construction Certificate, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 8 to 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Demonstrated experience on transportation, roads, highways, infrastructure, and utility projects within KSA.
  • •Experience working with engineering consultants/construction supervision consultants and strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and best practices.
