Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze training needs aligned with the company’s economic and social policy and its technological evolution across directions.
  • •Design, develop, and negotiate the training plan, including human, financial, legal, organizational, and pedagogical considerations.
  • •Conceptualize training needs into modules, create population-based learning pathways, and deploy evaluation tools linked to Canon Europe.
  • •Lead and animate Canon France recruitment activity by proposing internal and external tools, measuring performance, and proposing improvement actions following CEL guidelines.
  • •Manage training and recruitment budgets, provide regular reporting to leadership and Finance, and define and drive internal talent and performance management policies aligned with Canon Europe.

Key Requirements

  • •Training education at Bac +5 level in human resources.
  • •At least 5 years of successful experience leading HR development (recruitment, training, performance management, talent management) within a group-affiliated company.
  • •Project management experience in an international environment.
  • •Proficiency with HR systems and tools, particularly Copilot, SIRH, and Excel.
  • •Very good English level required for exchanges with European teams.
