Sr. Launch Operations Engineer

Design and execute Starship launch and test operations under near-flight conditions. Serve as on-console flight controllers during launch events and provide on-console engineering support for daily test/launch stand operations. Write and review control logic and automation, perform real-time and post-operation data review across software, fluid, structural, thermal, and electrical systems, and optimize procedures to increase launch capability and rate while ensuring safe operations.
