•Have an engineering degree, NVQ equivalent, or technical apprenticeship.
•Bring 2–5 years of experience in a technical work environment, training, field service, technical support, engineering, or a related role.
•Be fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
•Have experience developing and delivering technical training programmes (desirable).
•Have knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies, maintenance practices, and technical service processes, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
