Key Responsibilities

  • •Map the highest-priority data use cases in the first 30–60 days by interviewing cross-functional leaders.
  • •Design and build targeted pipelines that connect ERP, HRIS, Android/app telemetry, and bespoke trackers into a coherent data layer.
  • •Own data architecture end-to-end by writing code, making tooling decisions, and being accountable for what gets built.
  • •Identify overlaps across use cases and sequence work into a pragmatic build plan without over-engineering.
  • •Define “good data” standards, quality controls, and documentation to make outputs usable by others.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep hands-on engineering skill to write code and build data pipelines yourself, not just direct others.
  • •Track record in complex, multi-system environments such as scaling fintechs or hybrid hardware/software companies.
  • •Fluency in modern agentic and LLM workflows and understanding what AI needs from a reliable data layer.
  • •Experience connecting disparate systems (ERP, HRIS, mobile telemetry, operational trackers) into clean, reliable outputs.
  • •Strong judgement balancing scalable architecture with pragmatic, right-sized pipelines for the moment.
