Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the regional strategy for expansion and maintenance of store infrastructure across 9 Latin American countries.
•Co-design and consolidate the annual plan with market leaders, ensuring optimization and control of CAPEX budgets.
•Design and standardize dashboards, preventive plans, and inspection protocols to ensure operational excellence.
•Develop, audit, and strengthen the regional network of strategic suppliers to optimize efficiency and response times.
•Direct, empower, and consolidate the regional team responsible for executing the infrastructure plan on time and within scope.

Key Requirements

•Professional in Civil, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
•Experience leading Facilities, Infrastructure Management or Maintenance at a regional level.
•Proven track record executing mid-scale construction projects and managing comprehensive building projects.
•Strong planning, allocation and control of large-scale budgets (CAPEX).
•Experience leading and developing direct and indirect teams.
