Job Summary

Serve as a policy SME and single point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, supporting performance monitoring and management reporting across relevant short-video trust and safety/policy projects. Represent the team in global policy meetings, act as a policy POC for timely policy updates, and drive performance improvements through RCA escalation, queue moderation, and process/SOP development. Step in for the team leader when needed and support hiring and onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards and develop a best-practice model for maintaining performance across projects.
•Represent the team at global policy meetings and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
•Act as the policy POC and facilitate efficient communication of policy questions and updates across stakeholders.
•Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to management and facilitate RCA escalation.
•Identify market performance improvement opportunities, support policy briefings, and assist with onboarding training SOPs/materials and hiring duties.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working experience) in a short video product user industry.
•1+ year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy at a major tech or media company.
•Understand business needs and apply strategic thinking to drive decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
•Know the business logic behind upstream and downstream labeling and working modes.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT/Excel/Word) and tools such as Working Hours tool and Data Power is preferred.
