Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct daily activities and development of 25–35 hourly Quality Inspector employees.
  • •Plan, control, and improve inspection processes across assigned value streams to support World Class Manufacturing and customer-focused quality outcomes.
  • •Partner with Quality Engineering and the QMS team to review and endorse QMS updates and ensure integration into inspection and manufacturing processes.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, tracking/analyzing leading indicators (e.g., DPPM), engaging employees in problem-solving (8D, PFMEA), and supporting corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Partner with customer account representatives to ensure proactive communication, execution of customer quality requirements, and delivery of commitments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 164,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, operations, or quality assurance/control experience.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
  • •Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) and experience in aerospace quality control/assurance in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
