Salary: USD 28 - 33.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •4+ years of retail experience, with preference for prior Store Manager experience.
  • •Demonstrate a proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and results.
  • •Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with store teams, field leaders, and corporate partners.
  • •Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality required.
