Job Summary

Serve as a consultative partner for F&B brands on TikTok’s advertising and measurement solutions, translating marketing objectives into business outcomes. Own post-sale account growth, campaign setup and performance monitoring, and reporting with actionable insights. Stay current on product, market, and competitor developments to guide next steps. Partner with internal and agency stakeholders to drive product adoption (e.g., Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop) and improve revenue impact.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Consult with F&B brand clients and internal stakeholders on TikTok solutions, including product adoption, strategy, and optimizations tied to business goals.
•Build Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions (e.g., BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness) and drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs, and TikTok Shop where applicable.
•Manage and grow post-sale relationships, steer account success to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion, and challenge media plans for effectiveness.
•Own campaign setup checks, monitor performance, and provide optimization suggestions throughout the client lifecycle.
•Track revenue attainment and impact, contribute to account & opportunity planning, and share client/market learnings across Client Solutions Teams via case studies or ad hoc sharing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, sales, marketing, business development, or related commercial functions.
•Proven record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding business targets.
•Strong understanding of digital advertising, media planning, branding, performance marketing, and marketing measurement.
•Experience managing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and agency leadership teams.
