Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage people and operations for a specific store location, including staffing/zoning, advisor training and education, onboarding, and store scheduling.
  • •Conduct final interviews for key positions and use the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
  • •Manage store training functions and, with the Store Director and Education partners, develop and execute ongoing training strategy.
  • •Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee the store’s performance management process.
  • •Lead operational excellence: execute operations processes, manage inventory (shipping, receiving, returning, cycle counting) and ensure compliance with company standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually
