Drive strategic growth across named CPG accounts by owning relationships, sales, and margin targets. Lead business development and pre-sales initiatives, advance needs-based sales campaigns, and collaborate with consulting and analytics teams to design and execute winning transformation agendas.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategically drive growth in named CPG accounts, owning client relationships, sales, and margin targets while representing Fractal in key accounts.
•Position Fractal solutions to meet client requirements and act as a trusted advisor by managing multi-threaded client relationships.
•Assess and educate clients using CPG industry, technology, and process knowledge along with consultative sales skills.
•Develop in-depth understanding of client priorities, challenges, and initiatives to identify and translate them into opportunities.
•Lead business development and pre-sales initiatives, advancing needs-based sales campaigns with cross-functional engagement and partner/hyperscaler joint GTM.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of enterprise Data Engineering and/or advanced analytics industry experience, with proven ability to drive client relationships and account growth through sales/pre-sales activities.
•CPG/Retail domain knowledge.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to engage with both business and analytical communities and think quickly in ambiguous situations.
•Comfort working in cross-functional, geographically distributed environments and collaborating while nurturing talent.
