Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements and process designs into detailed functional solution designs, including business logic, process flows, data requirements, and solution behaviors
  • •Act as functional design authority for assigned business capabilities and Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including assessing impacts, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
  • •Provide functional leadership through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilisation; review configurations against requirements and triage functional issues
  • •Participate in governance and architecture reviews; ensure solutions comply with global standards and maintain alignment to business objectives
  • •Facilitate workshops and partner with Business Architects, Global Process Owners/Leads, SMEs, Finance, Operations, Shared Services, and Delivery teams to ensure end-to-end alignment

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • •12+ years relevant experience as a functional architect/lead functional consultant/senior solution design practitioner
  • •Strong functional expertise in Project Portfolio Management processes and Oracle Fusion PPM
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle processes (project setup, forecasting, cost management, billing, revenue, project close)
  • •Experience supporting ERP transformation programs and global process standardization initiatives
