Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership experience managing workshop personnel and operational performance.
  • •Strong understanding of HSE, Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with fluency in English.
