Job Summary

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java full stack applications, partnering with teams to deliver maintainable solutions. Build responsive frontend components with React and JavaScript, create and optimize RESTful APIs, and implement microservices-based architectures. Own relational database work (DB2/Oracle), messaging integrations (RabbitMQ/IBM MQ), and automated testing with JUnit and Mockito. Participate in SDLC from design through deployment, including code reviews, documentation, and technical risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable Java applications.
•Develop and maintain responsive frontend components using React JS and JavaScript.
•Build and consume RESTful APIs for backend-to-frontend integration, and implement microservices architectures.
•Optimize SQL queries for relational databases such as DB2 or Oracle and integrate messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
•Participate in SDLC (design, implementation, testing, deployment, support), including unit/integration testing, code reviews, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of overall experience in Java development, preferably with Java 17 (minimum Java 8).
•Strong knowledge of Spring Framework 6 and Spring Boot 3.
•Experience with React JS and JavaScript for frontend development.
•Hands-on experience with TDD/BDD using JUnit and Mockito.
•Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional IT qualification).
