Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across key general ledger accounts including cap software, prepaids, fixed assets, accounts payable, leases, debt, investments, payroll, and other accounts.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, PeopleOps, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
  • •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by analyzing results, investigating variances and discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • •Perform flux and variance analyses across key accounts using data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • •Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal control enhancements; support external audits, special projects, and accounting/system initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of general ledger accounting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • •Proficiency in Excel with large datasets; experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and the ability to identify discrepancies and implement process improvements.
