Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide risk and controls leadership for infrastructure security, partnering with technology control owners to embed key security controls into infrastructure.
  • •Maintain accuracy and alignment of assigned controls to the bank’s Risk Control Framework, including control intent, scope, applicability, and ownership.
  • •Drive enhancements to control monitoring and maintain/challenge a clear control effectiveness rationale.
  • •Manage and improve control-centric metrics (KRIs/KCIs/KPIs) and drive remediation plans when performance is off-track.
  • •Ensure controls align with regulations/standards and support compliance and assurance activities, including audit actions and regulatory observations.

  • •Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with audit, risk, and regulatory-facing teams.
