Job Summary

Support Offset/Offline production across Press Room, Folder/Gluer, and Material Handling at the Reidsville facility. Receive and stack product, print pallet labels, verify job dockets, and ensure correct loading. Perform make-ready and downtime support (doctor blades, impression rollers, print unit cassettes, inks/solvents, cylinders/pumps). Maintain OHSE compliance, PPE use, hazardous waste handling, and help run press crew workflows to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from the press, stack and palletize materials, print pallet labels, and set up work using job docket information.
•Ensure correct loading and pallet handling for material handling, and verify quality and accuracy of completed jobs; notify operators of problems.
•Support uptime by assisting operators during press downtime and performing press-area cleanup and maintenance activities.
•Perform downtime and make-ready tasks including purging stacks/tables, changing impression rollers, installing print unit components, and handling doctor blades and related setup/breakdown.
•Follow OHSE/PPE procedures and hazardous waste handling requirements, support press crew goals, and perform forklift/materiel-handling tasks when applicable.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years of related production experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Very good mechanical and physical ability; lift truck operators must maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
•Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending/reaching, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and balancing as needed.
•Strong ability to handle, touch, feel, and manipulate product and equipment safely, with required manual dexterity and vision requirements.
•Must be dependable in attendance and punctuality and be able to rotate shifts and work in excess of 8 hours per day/40 hours per week when necessary.
