Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portion of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • •Ensure maximum value from third-party applications.
  • •Engineer business processes and technology to optimize employee experience and strengthen corporate security posture.
  • •Execute against the IT roadmap and deliver results.
  • •Eliminate root causes of IT support tickets through automation, self-service, monitoring/observability, and risk mitigation for business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience building technically innovative systems and processes from the ground up.
  • •Strong engineering and programming skills to enable automation and custom solutions.
  • •Hands-on cloud infrastructure administration experience with AWS and/or GCP.
  • •Deep knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems, identity management, and corporate security best practices.
  • •Experience managing large fleets of corporate computing devices and contributing to large-scale implementations or migrations of critical IT systems.
