Job Summary

District Coordinator role supporting Khan Academy India’s Schools Team in Odisha. You will partner with government school systems, DEOs and teachers to implement Khan Academy in government schools, conduct trainings, monitor usage, visit schools weekly, gather data-driven insights, and coordinate with central teams to scale up impact across districts.

Key Responsibilities

•Support rollout and implementation of Khan Academy programme across all assigned schools in the districts
•Assist in conducting teacher trainings and orientations (online and offline)
•Ensure follow-up with schools to drive consistent and effective platform usage
•Track progress against defined goals and flag gaps in implementation
•Visit all assigned schools on a weekly basis to ensure high-quality implementation and effective integration of Khan Academy into daily teaching practices

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of relevant work experience in education or government-school settings is preferred
•Fluent in Odia and English (reading, speaking, and writing)
•Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with district officials, school leaders, and teachers
•Ability to navigate on-ground implementation challenges and make informed, program-aligned decisions
•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple schools simultaneously
