Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers on products, in-store promotions, and events, and support the store team in achieving goals.
  • •Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Adhere to asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, and able to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
